You call and the automated attendant takes you in circle. Its almost impossible to get a person on the phone. You would think Chrysler could afford to hire a few people to answer a phone. Such poor customer service. Love Jeep vehicles but I will buy from a different manufacturer if it means I would have to deal with Chrysler credit again

Do I was admitted to the hospital, out of work for 14 days. I have never been late one time on my payment for my lease. I called with a desperate attempt to defer one payment and all they claim was that they couldnt do anything for me because I had a lease. The website claims they are here to help but theyre not. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with a loan company ever. I will NEVER get Chrysler Capital for an auto loan again. I am disgusted. $600 payment, never late one time.

My mother has refinanced a Nissan rogue for me so I can go to work daily. I returned to the company making complaints about the mechanical issues.

They did not take my complaints. They pointed me to the four tires that needed to be replaced and stated replacing the tires would charge $800. I felt that It was too soon. I came back again for mechanical issues.

They sent me to Nissan . months ago, I went to different mechanics.. I kept spending on the repairs. One day, I called the agent explaining that I am behind the bills due to mechanical issues and not use it to drive .

They reposed it while my dog was in it. I had a bad day because of that. I don't think it is legal for them to repose the suv while my dog was waiting in it with the windows opened.

The suv has belongings from the past owners when I bought it, I believe it was never verified for mechanical issues and passing points. tradgegy.

Preferred solution: Since you have the property after reposing it and I informed the agent that i was falling behind the bills, I do not believe in owing a debt. I would be grateful to provide the bills from the mechanic repairs.

User's recommendation: Look at the tires and all other mechanical issues, bring your mechanic before you buy it.

I never got my title to my Jeep

Since 09/2010 when car JEEP LIBERTY [VIN # 1J4GL48K54W314520] was completely paid for, satisfaction of lien or other clearance of lien and clear title proof acceptable to NYS DMV has never been issued. TO date, requests for this information has never been acknowledged or acted on by the firm in a way that would give me clear title to my car.

Powertrain Warranty

Chrysler reneged on their lifetime powertrain warranty. As instructed by Mike MacDonald (Exec Referral Manager) at our expense we had the vehicle towed to a dealership.

He stated once the inspection was completed on it he would reinstate our warranty. This was the first red flag as we were told we had completed everything we needed to keep our warranty active. Once this was completed Mr. MacDonald came back and said he was not going to reinstate our warranty because the cost of the repairs out weighed the value he place on our vehicle.

He was told that price was subjective and I can assure it had a higher value to us. I was not aware nor could find this loop hole in any paperwork we had.

Chrysler mislead and lied to the customer about their advertised lifetime warranty, which was the reason we purchased the vehicle. It is not fair that the customer is at a lost due to the false advertisement.uRRRu

Chysler Payoff Process

I was given the run around for 3 weeks trying to get a payoff letter. No matter what number I called I was routed to a call center and passed on repeatedly until finally getting to the correct department. When I made the payoff I was told it would take 15 days because they lost the title and had to ask for a duplicate title. I had a buyer who was waiting on the vehicle. So I lost a buyer due to their incompetence.

I am trying to get the payoff on the lien so I can sell the vehicle and when you call number for Chrysler Financial it goes to Chrysler Capital who know nothing about it.

We bought a van from dawn and Jeffery burrow.but the titles shows Chrysler financial has a line on it.jeffery contacted you to request a link release we were told that it would be faxed to the eldon,mo65082 dmv.but they have not received it yet.with out it we can not get the van legal.

Sick of Inept Employees

This place is a joke. Since I have financed with them in October of 2020, I have had them F*&;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;)^*(^)k up nearly every.

single. payment. that I have made on their slow, clumsy website. Once, took 900.00 on my 707.00 payment in November for my first payment 12/15, they applied the payment and then proceeded to tell me that I still had 707.00 due on 12/15.

When I informed them that this was illegally penalizing for early payment, they finally changed it. Since then I have had numerous issues with them messing up on their end, and trying to charge me for it. One time I had their confirmation in writing, and they still tried to stick me with their stupid charge. I have never been late, so they should not be trying to charge me anyway.

Trouble turning in my lease

I did not want this to go on my credit report so after negotiations Chrysler reduced my bill by 25%. I could see other way out of this problem.

I will forever bad mouth Chrysler for not resolving the problem. I will never buy or lease another car from them.

two months after we turned in our lease i received a bill Chrysler Capital for $ 220 for body damage . I had purchased the additional insurance from the dealership that was to cover all these problems. after days and hours in person and on the phone with 5 different departments i got no satisfaction. I will never buy or lease another Chrysler product. I plan on telling everyone i know how poorly Chrysler treats their customers.

Preferred solution: I would like the delinquent payment removed from my credit report. I wrote and mailed a letter on 5/03/2020; nobody bothered to acknowledge or respond.

After setting up an account, I still can't get on. The 24 hour # seems to be for other purposes. When trying to verify my password that I just set up, no response. Earlier when calling the business #, was told that I had to call from my bank to reroute my auto billing. Once at bank, I found out that wasn't so, and was told to go on line. WEB ADDRESS ERROR!

I got behind 4 years ago. When I caught up there were late fees. The rep on the phone said NOT to pay them just stay current which I did last payment was made in February 2021, and they sent a final bill which was paid 2 weeks later. Now 5 months later I realize they sent a late pay to my credit report for my final 2 payments. How is that even possible? Some reports show 1 late others show 2. It seems to me they make it up as they go!

Request a complete copy of your payment history so you can review....

No I'm not misunderstood at all I have my title. I received zero late pays for 4 years and then I get a credit check and they show my last payment as late. How can I get a refund check my vehicle title if it was late?
