I have leased vehicles my entire life. I know the rules on wear of tires.

my vehicle was under mileage so they already made money off me there. I have always replaced tires when wore down for my own safety as well as not getting charged at turn in. I put 2 new tires on in 2015 that were worn and turned in my lease in 2016. Chrysler Capital has changed their turn in policy that TIRE NAMES MUST MATCH!!!

That is the most unreasonable rule ever. So here i paid $400 for 2 new tires and they are now charging me $500 because they don't match!? If this has happened to you, I am researching it there is a class action law suit filed if not I'll be doing whatever I can to get my money back an NOT have anyone else be taken advantage of.

Chrysler did not even notify the dealership of this change. I'll be digging for when this policy changed and how to get Chrysler Capital to pay everyone back the stole from!!!

Reason of review: Problems with payment.
