do not use Chrysler capital. They take payment but will tell you itll take 60 days for them to refund you. Absolutely terrible customer service and you have to sit through the IVR for 10 mins trying to speak to an actual person!!

Called multiple times about how to end lease correctly with no fees. We paid everything on time and brought back the Cherokee in perfect condition.

They told us there was no disposition fee and that we just had to drop it off. After 4 calls to confirm because their system showed us oweing money. We called a month later and they told us we had to pay it. The customer service is unorganised and poorly trained.

On top of that we put in a dispute with one manager who said it should be waived because what the staff did was wrong and call back in 48 hours. We called back and we got an extremely rude and inappropriate manager who made us wait an hour and had no idea who we were after being on hold for so long.

Then she said she will transfer us to someone higher and no one answered. This is extremely disappointing since we have been leasing for 8 years and never missed a payment or had to use the customer service line.

We leased a car in 2019. Paid it off in 2021.

Title was lost in transit to us and we didn't realize it until Jan. 2024. Went to DMV to get duplicate and can't because Chrysler has a lien still showing on the title (even though it was paid off 3 years ago). Chrysler WON"T remove it and says only thing that can be done is for them to request a duplicate title.

We requested this on 1/10/24. NCDMV still has no record of the duplicate title being requested. I asked Chrysler for PROOF that the title was ordered and they will not provide it. Basically, we have to wait 4 more weeks for a replacement title after already waiting 3 weeks when we could get it from NCDMV if they would just remove the lien from the car.

NO ONE in customer service is helpful ( Sharon, Anna and Olivia - the manager who yelled and talked over me the whole time -- they are all bad and should be fired. Otis was the only nice one that tried to help).

they were very rude and disrespectful. I told me they’re going by the contract of white freedom dodge did. Freedom dies show me a vehicle that was worth 28,000 on Kelley blue book and charge me $48,000. Also they lied on my income saying I made $3200 but I only made 2600. and the bank knew that why would they give a customer a vehicle that’s worth more than the income I didn’t have any trading options. I went to three different dealership places in Kentucky, and they all told me that the truck is flipped upside down that freedom Dodge added $22,000 more on the vehicle and on my credit report it says its worth $25,100 they also gave me a flash drive they didn’t hand me any paper for the contract. I had to download off the flash drive.
The manager I spoke to was very rude and disrespectful. I told him that the payment was too high. I reached out to Chrysler capital and freedom dodge in August trying to trade that vehicle and freedom died. Refused to take it back. Chrysler capital refused to let me trade it in told me the loan was to high to trade the vehicle in but that’s not my fault

Nothing resolved they lied a few times so they weren't the person I was talking to and they were and I called them out on it and oh yes I misunderstood you still have not got my vehicle back it's been going on 40 days and there's a part sitting in a warehouse that is not being sent and seems like nobody could get these parts I am very pissed
