I have had an issue with having very unforeseen expense and I needed one car payment deferred. They tell me that can't help me and it is a system thing.

Once the system switches on the box that allows assistance then they can help me. No one seems to be able to tell me when it will switch on and no one can switch it on for me. I have spoken to the supposed people in the Vice President's office but I think that is just a smoke screen and no one can help you there.

Stay far away from this finance company. They don't even have a place for online payments without having to pay an extra charge.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of payment deferment. Chrysler Capital needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
